Who is he?

Having performed professionally since the age of 14, Jonty is skilled in a wide array of musical genres and has built a reputation for his ability to adapt to any musical style. His primary instrument is the flute. He learnt with Michael Cox, Principle Flute of the BBC Symphony Orchestra, and studied at the Birmingham Conservatoire. Jonty has extensive experience performing in classical orchestras, concertos, chamber music groups, a jazz flutist and a regular in care homes with his dog.

In addition to his expertise on the flute, Jonty is a talented drummer and percussionist. He has performed in wedding and function bands, musicals, pantomimes, and orchestras, bringing rhythm and energy to a variety of musical settings.

Jonty is also a seasoned solo performer, offering both entertaining and atmospheric music for a range of events. Whether performing solo on the keyboard and vocals for weddings, parties, or pub gigs, or providing elegant background music, Jonty’s musical talents will elevate any occasion.
